Homework
Weekly expectations
Reading
Your child will have the opportunity to change their home reading book on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday each week. Please read at least a few pages every night.
Library books are changed once a week on Mondays.
Spellings
Children in Year 2 will be given spellings to learn each week. A paper copy will be put in to their book bag. Please ask your child's teacher if you require another copy of any spellings that have been given out.
Optional Homework
Below you will find lots of ideas for optional homework that you can complete at home with your child.
