Year 6/ Reception Buddies

Having a nurturing attitude is one of our Queen's Drive values. We hope to instil this in all of our children and what better way to show this than with our "Buddy Scheme".

Our Year 6 children have been supporting, playing with and nurturing the youngest members of our school to give them the best start possible to their new life at school.

On Tuesday, the children of Year 6 and Reception enjoyed having their lunch together, in what is just one of the many activities that the "Buddies" will enjoy together. It was truly wonderful to see all the children together, with smiles on their faces and laughing happily.

Well done to all of our Year 6 children for being such wonderful mentors and to our Reception children for the amazing start they have made to their Journey at Queen's Drive.
