Summer 1 EYFS

Date: 15th Apr 2026 @ 10:46pm

Welcome Parents and Children!

We are so excited to welcome everyone back for the Summer term. This term is packed with hands-on learning, curiousity, outdoor discovery, creativity, and lots of opportunities for the children to explore, question, create, and grow in confidence.

Our Topic: What’s in the Garden?

We will encourage the children to explore how living things grow and change, what plants need to survive, and where minibeasts like to live. There will be lots of opportunities for observation, discussion, practical investigation, and imaginative play looking at:

  • Life cycles of a frog, butterfly and chick:
    - Planting and growing
    - Minibeasts
    - Minibeast habitats
