New orienteering trail

Year 6 had a maths lesson with a twist... Yes maths... outside... running around... with maps.

Our school has invested in a multi purpose orienteering trail in which Year 6 were using map skills to find points around school to help them complete maths problems. The lessons for both classes was a real success and the children can't wait to go out and try it again.
