Delicious Dips

As part of DT, Class 6 tasted different types of dips, designed their own dips and then made their own dips.

We used different bases to create them such as: Mayonnaise, Avocado, Tomatoes, Soured Cream or Natural Yoghurt. 

We also were allowed to add some additional ingredients to it such as: Garlic, Coriander, Peppers, Onion, Chives and Lime.

We learnt 3 different chopping techniques: the bridge, the claw and fork secure.
